  • Before Registration

    Before registering in any course, please read the terms and conditions carefully. For opting any of listed courses you must have access to the following hardware/software/Facilities

    • A computer system, laptop or smart device

    • An internet connection; minimum 8 MBPs is recommended

    • Any of the browser; google chrome is recommended

    • A valid payment facility such as credit/debit cards, or you may pay against payment voucher number at any of jazz cash facility


    Fee Policy:

    • Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • 100% of the fee must be deposited at all levels to complete the admission process unless you have approved installment plan.

    • Discounts, if any available in a course, will be automatically adjusted in total fee at the time of checkout.

    • Students can freeze their courses according to PAC’s freezing policy.


    Communication with students;

    • Students are required to provide accurate information for timely delivery of services

    • Any changes in the details must be updated in student profile area

    • PAC will not be responsible for any email/sms/whatsapp message not being delivered due to a change in the shared details, if not updated timely.


    Course Cancellation:

    PAC reserves the rights to cancel any of the courses due to unavoidable circumstances. Pac will return the full fee against that course. No damages can be claimed


    Complaints and Suggestions

    Students may contact in case of any issue regarding delivery of services both technical and general at the following email address: Online@pac.edu.pk


    Rights and obligations:

    • Students will not share his personal detail/login details with anyone else. In case of breach of terms, PAC reserves the rights to block the student access area.

    • At a time, student can only access his area from one device and single location

    • PAC will inform you any change in timetable / teacher well before time

    • Recordings will be made available within 24 hours of lectures and will remain available for next 7 days

    • Once registered follow the shared study plan to make the most of the live sessions scheduled. 

    • Most of the urgent communication will be made through whatsapp groups.

    • All assignments/study material will be available on Learning Management System.


    Though we take due care of timely delivery of services and take all the possible measures for smooth running of classes, but in case of any uncontrollable circumstances, will not be responsible.


    All assignments, study material, recorded lectures are copyright protected. Any infringement of copyright act will be penalized.
